Educator Appraisal
Whole school SEND emphasises inclusive practises or so it helps schools integrate send support across all levels, including leadership, classroom practises and then whole school policies, which encourages a cohesive sort of school wide approach to send support. I like that the resource was free to access, so it's freely available. I like that the resource is free to access. I didn't like that is time intensive for the full implementation. So integrating a whole school sends resource and framework would often require a time commitment from teachers, school staff and leaders, and then the strategies might be generalised and might not be specific enough for your students.
