Educator Appraisal
IN-Hub teacher evaluation Grace Dallimore gives her evaluation of Mindfulness in Schools, by Mindfulness in Schools. Here is a summary of what Grace thinks: “Mindfulness in Schools is a practical training and intervention resource used to improve mental health of both teachers and students. I liked that it promotes a positive environment as well as that boosting mental health improves emotional regulation, attention and academic performance. I didn't like that it's hard to quantify if it's working and students with ADHD may struggle to engage.”
